Apply to the host for your city

Do not use an account for one centre as proof of registration at another. The application, payment and hall ticket must all belong to the selected city.

Published application windows

In Kolkata, a token downloaded on 18, 19, 20, 21 or 22 August is assigned a form-collection date of 24, 25, 26, 27 or 28 August respectively. A token alone is not a completed application: the form and fee must be submitted to IJWCA.

Some centre pages retain general or July instructions beside a December banner. Those older dates are not treated here as verified December deadlines. No single nationwide late-registration period is announced by the listed hosts.

Fees vary by centre

Delhi and Chennai state that GST is included. Chennai adds payment-gateway charges to the displayed fee. Kolkata accepts cash or the specified bank draft/pay order at its office. The figures above do not establish fees for Pune, Mumbai or Karur.

Online forms and uploads

Delhi requires sign-up and email confirmation, then a completed form and payment. A transaction number must appear on the submitted application. Prepare a JPG/JPEG photo of 50–100 KB and a photo-ID scan of 100–200 KB; selfies are not accepted.

Chennai has separate uploads: a recent 3 × 4 cm photograph (50–100 KB), a signature (10–50 KB), and a self-attested government photo ID with date of birth (50–100 KB). The signature should be black ink on white paper; the preferred dimensions are 3.5 × 1.5 cm. School or college IDs are not accepted.

Bengaluru asks returning candidates to sign up again for each sitting. Complete the application and payment after email verification; logging in by itself does not reserve a place.

Check the hall ticket for the entry deadline

For Chennai, bring the hall ticket and the original government ID used in the application. N4 has a different venue from the other levels. The gate-entry window is earlier than the exam start, so planning to arrive at 09:00 or 13:00 would be too late.

July, December and the next application

Most listed Indian centres offer both July and December sittings. Santiniketan is listed for July only in 2026. The hosts reviewed had not confirmed their 2027 registration windows by 12 October 2026. The next application must be made under a new local notice, with that sitting’s fees and document rules.
